Researchers shifted hamsters’ day-night light schedule to mimic flying east, then gave some of them sildenafil (Viagra).

The dosed hamsters adjusted up to 50% faster. The drug affects a signalling pathway in the body clock. Airlines have not added it to the snack trolley.
