There’s an old idea that enough monkeys typing randomly for long enough would eventually write the works of Shakespeare. This April Fools’ document sets out the technical protocols to actually manage the project.
It includes rules for how the monkeys’ typewriters talk to each other, how pages get sent off for checking, and how the zookeepers stay in touch. Extremely thorough paperwork for a truly endless job.
